Brochure and portfolio website for a San Francisco based advertising agency.
Brief:
Create a front end website to display over 800 portfolio items. The site should provide administrative tools to manage a large array of file types such as jpgs, gifs, mp3, mov etc.
Implementation:
I installed WordPress as the CMS framework and then custom built a theme from comps provided by the client. I installed third party jQuery and Prototype JavaScript widgets to display slideshows and scrollbars.
I custom built a plug for the owners to manage their portfolio data. They are able to create clients and portfolio records and add/edit and delete records.
I also used custom post types to allow the client to manage slide shows.
